1. Acceptance
By accessing or using etaenlinea.com, linked portals, and services offered through them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Not legal advice; no outcome guarantee
Site content is informational. IRCC and other authorities make immigration decisions. We do not guarantee approval of any application or perfect accuracy of timelines or requirements, which may change without notice.
3. Services
We provide tools and, where applicable, administrative or filing assistance through our portal as scoped in your agreement, including help with Canada’s eTA for clients in the UK, Spain, France, the EEA, and elsewhere. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you supply.
4. Accounts and client portal
Portal access may be subject to credentials and additional policies. Keep login details confidential and report unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the site unlawfully, impersonate others, transmit malware, conduct abusive scraping, or interfere with security. We may suspend access for violations.
6. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and design are ours or licensed. Do not copy or redistribute without written permission except for reasonable personal use or short quotations with attribution.
7. Third-party links and tools
Links to IRCC, ImmTools, or other sites are for convenience. We do not control those sites; use is at your risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and Canada, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from use of or inability to use the site. Our total liability for claims relating to the site shall not exceed, unless prohibited by law, the fees you paid us for the specific service in the three (3) months before the claim, or zero if no fees were paid.
9. Indemnity
You will defend and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or from false or unlawful information you provide, to the extent allowed by law.
10. Governing law and forum
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, except where mandatory rules of your residence cannot be waived.
If you are a consumer or natural person in the EEA, the UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer or data-protection rules, nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law grants you against us.
11. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after material changes may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
12. Severability
If a provision is invalid, the remainder stays in effect.
